As a French-Argentinian psychologist and psychotherapist in private practice in Toulouse, France, I welcome you and support you through every stage of your life journey, whether you come individually, as a couple, or as a family, just as you are, with your aspirations, dreams, and hopes for change.
I offer a supportive space where your emotions, vulnerabilities, individuality, doubts, and certainties are welcomed without judgment. You are free to share your questions, concerns, hopes, desire for transformation, as well as your values, personal history, and inner resources.
I offer psychological support in French, Spanish, or English, tailored to your needs in a variety of situations:
- A desire to transform an aspect of your life or change the way you approach certain situations.
- A need to rediscover who you are and gain a deeper understanding of your identity.
- A significant event or difficult experience that has unsettled you, leaving you needing to rebuild your confidence in yourself and your own resources.
- Challenges related to immigration, adapting to a new culture, coping with family separation, or feeling caught between two identities.
- The grieving process, whether following the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a particular way of life, to help you navigate this difficult period and find a path towards peace of mind.
- A complex situation that feels overwhelming and in which you would like to explore new perspectives in a non-judgmental setting.
- An emotional burden that is becoming increasingly heavy and that you would like to begin to let go of.
- Interpersonal relationships marked by tension or confusion, in which you are seeking greater clarity.
Every journey is unique, as is the support I offer. I always respect your pace and individual needs. You can count on a trusting and strictly confidential space, where your experiences will be met with compassion, openness, and attentive listening.
““What worlds lie within my soul, where I have long sought ways to fly?”
A. Storni
A psychodynamic approach to psychological functioning. A holistic, comprehensive, and personalised perspective. An integrative and holistic mindset. Rather than following a rigid framework, I adapt my tools to your individuality, ensuring that our work resonates with who you are.
This is not about applying predefined methods, but about engaging in a collaborative process that we build together, co-creating a space for dialogue shaped by your needs and aspirations.
A Relational Approach
The work unfolds across several dimensions of connection: with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.
Connection with yourself: learning to understand yourself, recognise your responsibilities, needs, and values, and fully commit to living in alignment with them.
Connection with others: finding balance in your relationships, asserting yourself while respecting others’ needs, and understanding that difference can be a source of growth rather than an obstacle.
Connection with the world: strengthening your sense of security, adjusting your expectations with clarity and realism, and transforming dependency into healthy autonomy.
A Dynamic and Emotion-Focused Approach
The aim is to set in motion what feels stuck within you, where fears and inner blocks may be holding you back. My goal is to support you in transforming stagnation into action and fear into opportunity. This approach is built around two complementary dimensions:
Inner Exploration: reconnecting with yourself and finding a sense of balance and inner stability that allows you to feel grounded in the present moment.
Exploration: stepping outside your comfort zone, trying new experiences, and observing what they reveal about you. Sometimes, I suggest practical exercises to help you discover how specific situations resonate with you, without any obligation to put them into practice.
A Flexible Approach
Whether you are seeking short-term support, brief therapy, or more in-depth psychotherapy, the approach is tailored to your needs.
Short-Term Support
When you are going through a difficult period that disrupts your daily life, we work together to strengthen and mobilise your inner resources to help you navigate this challenging time. The aim is to help you move through these turbulent moments with greater flexibility and resilience.
Brief Therapy
Focused on specific goals, these interventions aim to address a particular source of distress in your daily life. We identify the obstacles standing in your way and, through a gradual and non-intrusive approach, work step by step towards restoring balance. This process may sometimes develop into a longer-term commitment, such as psychotherapy.
Psychotherapy
A deeper process that allows you to reshape or adjust the course of your life. This journey takes time and may sometimes involve periods of solitude.
This existential exploration may call for ongoing support, but you are always free to pause or end the process and continue your journey in your own way.
